Our mission is to build data-powered services to make Subito a smarter product.The Data Scientist will leverage advanced analytics techniques and statistical modeling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to business problems.Your Typical DayManage the end-to-end lifecycle of Machine Learning models in Subito: design, implement, test, and deploy in production.Advance ML practices by finding new use cases, testing new techniques, and incorporating best practices.Ensure observability and support for existing models in production.Formulate hypotheses and design experiments to validate model performance in production.Design clear, automated reports to democratize data access across the company.Understand and help design our data architecture to extract maximum value and better model our business.Your Ideal Profile6+ years of experience in data-related roles, with at least 3 years as a Data Scientist.Highly proficient in Python.Hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying ML models.Proficient with data extraction tools (SQL, Spark, etc.).Experience with applied statistical techniques.Knowledge of software development tools (Docker, Git, Cloud infrastructure, etc.).Nice to HaveData visualization and presentation skills for communicating complex findings.Good proficiency in English.Previous experience in a digital company.Experience with ML Ops tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD, etc.).BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Opportunity to influence work practices; your feedback is valued.Benefits including stock purchase plans and annual bonuses.Flexible working hours and autonomy to set your schedule.Smart Working Policy: remote work some of the time, with in-office days depending on the team.Work from anywhere weeks up to four weeks working remotely from anywhere.Career development opportunities, including language classes and Adevinta Academies on ML, Agile, Leadership, and more.Additional perks include daily meal vouchers (8), wellness benefits via Fitprime, and parental welfare support (250 after childbirth).Adevinta promotes diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
