Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Italy. This is a full-time hybrid role with strong analytical and problem-solving, communicating technical information skills. Our Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting systems and be customer-focused and results-driven.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair various types of SANY construction equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and scheduled services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
Training: Conduct training sessions for dealers and customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SANY systems.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in maintenance system and repair, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing, understanding of electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver license and any relevant certifications in heavy equipment.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
Travel: Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally as needed.
