Role Overview


We''re looking for a Community & Event Management Part-Timer to help us activate ecosystems, connect changemakers, and bring the Hubbers spirit to life in your local network.


This is more than a job. Its a starting point. Youll be a connector, a culture-builder, and a voice of collaborationboth online and in real-world spaces.


What you''ll be doing:

Grow and engage diverse communities aligned with sustainability and innovation

Organize meaningful, high-energy events (in-person and online)

Connect with speakers, partners, and local thought leaders

Support our mission through authentic content and local storytelling



Your Mission


Dive into an onboarding journey to understand our community and event framework

Design and deliver events that resonate with local needs and global vision

Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and ecosystem builders

Share stories and moments from your community that inspire

Foster conversations that lead to action and real-world collaboration

Track engagement and gather insights to refine your strategy

Translate local feedback into fresh ideas for the Hubbers community
