Job Description As a core member of the Global CommercialOperations team, the Global Technical Client Project Manager actsas a bridge between global and regional sales teams, and ourlaboratory teams worldwide. In this role, you will - Act asliaison between our strategic clients and our global laboratorynetwork - Prepare and execute project plans for the contractedservices, in close partnership with global and regional sales teams- Provide technical support and guidance to maintain the highestlevel of customer satisfaction - Act as project manager forspecifically assigned global client testing programs PrimaryResponsibilities: 1. Client Management & Communication Supportclients on scientific and technical questions related to theservice execution by SGS Pharma laboratory network: - Identifyappropriate location(s) to execute the work and confirm capacityand capabilities - Ensure clients understand and agree with SGStechnical approach to the contracted work - Maintain best-in-classcommunication between clients and the SGS Pharma laboratory network- Provide feedback / explanations to address any concern fromclients, colleagues, and stakeholders 2. Project Management &Coordination - Prepare project plans, support or directly manage(multi-site, multi-region) client projects - Participate in projectkick-off as Technical Client support (i.e. act as the voice of thecustomer ) - For specifically assigned global client testingprograms act as Project Manager / Technical Liaison during fullexecution of the work - Escalate to Global and Regional OperationsManagement any issues with capacity and capability that mayendanger the clients projects 3. Business Development Support -During technical interactions with clients identify new businessdevelopment opportunities (further clients needs) and feedbackinsights to Business Development Teams - Keep abreast of latesttechnical and regulatory developments impacting the industry andfeedback strategic insights to Business Development Teams 4.Governance & Compliance Oversight - Ensure all necessaryinformation is obtained from clients to prepare accurateRFI/RFP/Work Orders - Monitor any regulatory issues that may impactthe work and ensure these are duly communicated to both clients andour global laboratory network Qualifications - Degree in Pharmacy,Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field -5-10 years experience working as Scientist in a lab environment,or alternatively PhD holder with 3-5 years experience in thePharmaceutical Industry - Minimum 3 years experience in acustomer-facing, client service position - Experience in Pharma CMCanalytical testing analysis - Experience in global projectmanagement (as e.g. Study Director, Senior Scientist, or ClientTechnical Manager) - Ability to convey scientific and technicalexplanations in a concise and comprehensible manner - Strongcommunication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability towork collaboratively across decentralized Teams - Ensures fullcompliance with SGS Health & Safety, Code of Integrity,Professional Conduct Policies Additional Information - We providehybrid working environment. - Opportunity to work with a globalleader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification. -Collaborative and inclusive work environment. - Competitive salaryand benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth anddevelopment.
