People with disabilities are welcome to apply.Position DescriptionSantam Agriculture, Menlyn Pretoria has a position available for an **Administrative Assistant **who will provide full support to Business Unit Head and Manager Business Development Crop Insurance.Key Responsibilities**General secretarial duties**:- Diary management- Travel & accommodation arrangements **Personnel administration**:- Leave administration- Appointment documentation filing etc **Broker administration**:- Appointment documentation- General communication documentation- Orders, accounts & paymentsMinimum Requirements- Matric/grade 12 certificate- Secretarial diploma/office management diploma- 3-4 years Secretarial/PA experience- Experience working as a PA in Short-term environment- Must be proficient in compiling agendas, reports and minute taking- Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & Internet) **Skills**:- Telephone Etiquette- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing- Must be able to plan & prioritize and meet deadlines- Ability to work under pressure- Reasoning skills- AccuracyCompetencies- Client Service Orientation- Problem Solving- Decision Making- Resilience- Handling Information- Gathering Information- Oral Communication
