The company is building theultimate AI-powered clinical assistant for P4 (Predictive,Preventive, Personalized & Participatory) healthcare,empowering practitioners to deliver deeply personalized,data-driven care at scale, while engaging patients as activeparticipants in their health journey. By combining cutting-edge AIagents, medical science and clinical expertise, the company isbecoming the go-to platform for personalized healthcare. PositionAs Chief Technology Officer, you will be a core member of thefounding team, responsible for shaping and executing the companystechnical vision together with the Chief Executive Officer andChief Science Officer. You will be a hands-on lead for thedevelopment of our AI-driven healthcare platform, ensure robustdata and system architectures, and oversee the integration ofpredictive models, digital biomarkers, and user engagement tools incompliance with medical regulations and ethical standards. KeyResponsibilities - Define and execute the technical vision androadmap in alignment with the company''s 4P healthcare strategy. -Lead all technology development including data infrastructure, AImodels, product architecture, and security protocols. - Manage andscale a world-class technical team across data science, softwareengineering, and DevOps. - Oversee development of AI algorithms forhealth risk prediction, personalization engines, and clinicaldecision support. - Ensure interoperability with healthcare datastandards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and build secure, compliant systems(e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, MDR). - Collaborate closely with clinical,regulatory, and product teams to bring AI-powered health tools fromconcept to market. - Evaluate and implement strategic techpartnerships, platforms, and APIs that accelerate innovation anduser impact. - Represent the company at conferences, withinvestors, and in key client or partner engagements as the techleader. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (7+ years)leading engineering or AI/ML teams in a healthcare or consumermedical / longevity / health tech company. - Deep understanding ofGenAI and general machine learning/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch, XGBoost) and their application to health data. - Deepunderstanding and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks(e.g. LangChain, LanGraph, etc.) and standardization frameworks(e.g. MCP, A2A, etc.). - Have working experience with setting upand managing CI/CD and containerized environments. - Have workingexperience as a Scrum Master or agile development practices. -Proven experience with JS-based development languages or Python. -Experience with large-scale health, time series, or biometric data,digital phenotyping, or digital therapeutics. - Working knowledgeof healthcare regulatory environments, security, privacy, andquality systems (e.g., ISO 27000, ISO 13485, FDA, GDPR, etc.). -Strong software architecture background with hands-on codingexperience in early-stage environments. - Exceptional leadershipand communication skills with a track record of hiring anddeveloping high-performance teams. Preferred: - PhD or Masters inComputer Science, Biomedical Engineering, AI, or related field. -Familiarity with P4 healthcare concepts. - Familiarity with GoogleCloud Platform (GCP). - Familiarity with wearable health tech,genomics, digital biomarkers, or behavioral health platforms. -Previous startup or venture-backed company experience. - Experienceworking with participatory health models, patient-centricplatforms, or precision medicine applications.
