We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end technologies like Nest.js and experience in setting up scalable databases.

Mission
- Strengthen our development team by seamlessly integrating front-end and back-end technologies
- Executing our long-term growth strategy bydeveloping and optimizingour technological infrastructure and services.
- Deliverinnovative and high-quality software solutionsthat support our business objectives
- You ensure that our software feelspremiumand that users have a friction-free experience with our software.
- Take ownership ofkey features,contribute to the overallarchitecture, and collaborate well with our small but growing team.
- Back-end development:
- the backend is built using Node.js with the NestJS framework. You will be developing server-side logic, APIs, database structures, and maintaining and creating connections with other tools. You will ensure the application is efficient, secure, and scalable.
- Front-End Development
- Building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using TypeScript, Vue.js and TailwindCSS as the main frontend-stack. You will work on enhancing the usability and visual appeal of the application.
Skills Needed
Technical skills
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Nest.js, Node.js and Vue.js (or similar frameworks)
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development
- Experience with RESTful APIs, and database management (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and security best practices
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus!

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Ability to plan your work, and communicate this plan
- Support your colleagues in code reviews and feedback sessions
