We are supporting a leading global organization is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planning & Business Strategy Lead to drive forecasting excellence and long-term supply chain resilience. The chance to drive operational improvements and innovation within a multinational setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage demand planning strategies for a global product portfolio. Utilize advanced data analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and scenario planning. Identify risks within demand forecasts and develop mitigation strategies. Expand planning frameworks from short-term operational forecasting to long-term strategic planning. Conduct performance reporting and trend analysis to inform business decisions. Lead demand review meetings, providing critical insights into supply constraints and market trends. Collaborate closely with regional and global supply chain, finance, and commercial teams. Drive process enhancements and continuous improvements in demand management. Support the implementation and optimization of forecasting technology solutions. Act as a mentor for internal teams, fostering best practices in demand planning. Who You Are Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Experience: 10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting. Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain operations, business planning, and risk management. Certifications: APICS or similar supply chain certification preferred. Leadership Skills: Ability to influence and drive collaboration across diverse teams. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals or biotech, is an advantage.
