We are currently looking for a Chief Technology Officer to work on a project with a client based in Nice.
This is a freelance role that requires 3 days on site per week.
Context:
- As part of our growth and a strategic refocusing on product and technical excellence, we are looking for a CTO capable of providing a clear vision, an effective structure and human leadership.
- This profile will have a central role in organizing the technical direction, structuring teams, strategic arbitration, while being the guarantor of the translation of business needs into technical solutions.
Main missions:
- Drive the technological strategy in close collaboration with senior management.
- Carry out a 360 analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the team and the technical organization. Organize the work of the teams (who does what, when, with what resources).
- Supervise, develop and recruit technical talents if necessary.
- Translate business objectives into a product technical roadmap that is understandable and motivating for the teams.
- Participate in strategic arbitrations and key decisions of the company.
- Be responsible for the performance, robustness and scalability of the products.
- Establish a culture of collaboration, excellence, and caring.
- Monitor technical performance indicators and produce clear reports for management.
Required skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage human and technical resources.
- Strong strategic vision, product and business oriented.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid technical expertise, particularly on C# and MongoDB stacks.
- Ability to analyze, structure, and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable in inter-business communication and in dialogue with executives.
- Human, caring leadership that drives corporate culture.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in a company undergoing transformation or scaling up.
- Strong product culture and ability to co-pilot the product-tech roadmap.
- Experience in project management with clear KPIs and regular monitoring.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or modern software architecture.
