Senior Director, Human Resources, Southern EuropeOverviewThe Senior Director HR Southern Europe will be a member of the ESI Human Resources Leadership team, reporting directly to the SVP ESI Human Resources. This role involves leading the HR function in the region by developing, communicating, and implementing efficient HR initiatives, processes, and business partner support aligned with business strategy. The individual will work collaboratively with international and corporate colleagues on HR projects and policies.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and engage a team of HR professionals responsible for all aspects of the HR agenda, including HRBPs, specialists, and support staff.Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders to support business goals and organizational development.Advise Southern Europe leaders on organizational and people management challenges.Drive the Talent Strategy for the region.Develop People dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Support the annual business operating plan concerning people strategy.Assist in defining and developing workforce planning strategies.Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in policies and HR operations.Act as a trusted partner and representative of ADP with employee councils and unions, managing relationships and negotiations.Collaborate with matrix HR teams and act as an advocate for company culture and values.Stay informed on market trends, best practices, and legal changes in HR.Represent the company at external marketing events.Lead assigned projects or initiatives as directed by the SVP.RequirementsDegree or equivalent; 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.At least 5 years leading HR teams.Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws.Experience in matrixed multinational organizations, preferably in services.Proficiency with HRIS systems or ability to learn quickly.Proven strategy-to-execution track record.Experience managing works councils and union negotiations.Personal AttributesProactive leadership style.Excellent communication skills.Highly organized and analytical.Solution-oriented with strategic HR planning abilities.Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.Positive, energetic, and ethical with a humble attitude.Empathetic listener capable of building trust.#J-18808-Ljbffr
