YOUR CHALLENGE
- Team Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to the Tax Manager and Head of Tax in implementing tax strategies and addressing fiscal risks across the region.
- Project Participation: Contribute to tax-related projects by providing support in data collection, preparation, and coordination with finance teams.
- Compliance: Help gather documentation for audits, assist in the preparation of tax provisions, and ensure reports are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Tax Payment Coordination: Support the process of managing tax payments, ensuring deadlines are met and obligations fulfilled.
- Monthly Compliance Tasks: Assist in routine monthly compliance activities, including VAT submissions, withholding taxes, and ensuring timely filings.
- Research: Conduct basic research on topics like transfer pricing and commercial transactions, providing insights to support senior team members.
- Process Support: Assist in identifying areas for improving tax processes and provide administrative support in implementing new procedures.
- Monitoring Tax Law Updates: Help track changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant with updates.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
- You have up to 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably supporting tax matters across various jurisdictions.
- You possess a foundational understanding of income tax concepts and are eager to learn more about transfer pricing principles.
- You have some experience with tax compliance and reporting, either through internships or entry-level positions.
- You hold a degree or are in the process of completing one in business management, law, accounting, or a finance-related field.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You are fluent in English, with Spanish skills being an advantage.
- You can prioritize tasks effectively, are adaptable, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- You are open to learning, not afraid to ask questions, and actively seek opportunities for improvement.

- If you''re fluent in additional languages, such as French or Italian.
- You foster an international and multicultural mindset.
- You have experience working with NetSuite ERP.
- You hold a Master''s Degree in Taxation.
