Reporting to a functional manager, performs routine engineering analysis using standard tools, techniques, and procedures to evaluate customer requirements and recommend applicable products. Plays a pivotal role enhancing customer satisfaction by offering remote technical support and commissioning, as well as instrumental help in growing the business by contributing to scalable sales tools such as webinars, video tutorials, and training. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Assists sales managers and customers with technical proposals of existing products. Assists customers with technical product issues (remote e-mail/telephone support). Provides feedback and coordinates with Product Manager to develop and communicate Product Roadmaps; collects and maintains regional market intelligence through customer visits, market research, and industry events; identifies product improvements to address customer needs. Provides product technical training to sales managers, channel partners, and customers. Creates scalable sales tools to gain efficiency supporting/reaching customers in a fragmented market. Participates in the development of product launch plans in support of specific product go-to-market strategies. Develops training material for new products. Identifies and determines appropriate response to qualified leads from prospective customers. Attends tradeshows, conferences, and seminars. Participates in competitive market/product analysis. WHAT WILL YOU NEED: Bachelor''s degree, preferably in engineering. Engineering or equivalent work experience. General understanding of energy control technologies. Advanced English skills spoken & written. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic presentation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
