Job Purpose:The job of Business Consultant offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and help shape it from the from the beginning - bringing with it all opportunities, for a dedicated and committed candidate, for accelerated career growth.
The Business Consultant will work closely with the Global Head of Business Consulting as well as with the Regional Champions to develop client relationships, win chargeable business consulting work and lead the execution of client facing consulting projects.
As an experienced Management Consultant, the Business Consultant will take a leading role in training and coaching more junior team members, helping them develop their consulting skills and leading them to successfully perform on projects.

Directly supervises: Project Team Members
Key Interactions (internally, externally): Global Consulting Lead; Consulting Regional Champion; VP Energy Transition and Diversified Services; Genesis Regional teams in Americas, APAC and EMEA, Communities of Practice Leads
Main Accountabilities: - Lead selected BD efforts
- Lead project execution
- Project team leadership
- Mentor junior Business Consulting members
- Lead content development efforts (e.g. market facing articles)

Minimum Requirements: - Degree qualified minimum, post-Grad / MBA advantageous, from an industry, consulting or Investment Banking background but must have > 5yrs experience in Business Consultancy
- Engineering, STEM
- Energy or process industry experience
- Ability to network and develop business
- Leading projects (3+ years)
- Ability to drive tendering
- Confident communicator
Desired Experience: - MBA or equivalent
- Network in energy / renewables industry
- Experience conducting techno-economic due-diligence activities (buy or sell -side) targeting either H2 or e-Fuel/bio-Fuels production projects and/or assets
- Solid knowledge of SAF production pathways.
- Practical project experience for at least one of SAF production routes considered as advantage.
