Within the Procurement Department of NextChem spa, this role has the responsibility to procure Services related to the following Indirect categories:
- Engineering Services
- General Services (Canteen, Car Fleet, Car Rental Travel, Security, Cleaning, Hotels, Office Supplies)
- HR (Training & Recruitment Services)
- ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & Mobile Telecommunications)
- Expediting & Inspection Services
- Associations & Events
- Communication and Marketing activities
- Utilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bidder lists
- Organize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System
- Economic and contractual negotiation of contracts and associated contracts terms and conditions
- Perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding
- Secure compliance with internal procedures and protocols
- Identify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities also through constant interfacing with Group Companies
Required Skills:
- 4/5 years of Purchasing experience for categories in scope
- Experience in operating in international challenging environment
- Experience in-end-to end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in prepare and execute negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms & Conditions
- Experience in contract preparation
- Ability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP
- Availability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad.
Education: University Degree in Business & Economics or Engineering is a plus
