Our client, a global leader in the automotive sector,is looking for a Customer Service Sales and Proposal Specialist.He/She will be part of the Customer Service Sales Team,coordinating with the Customer Service Sales Manager. Inparticular, he/she will be involved in the following activities: -Prepare quotations for Integrated Logistics and In-Service Supportpackages to support the fleets of vehicles manufactured by IDV anddelivered to customers worldwide. - Support the IDV Vehicles Salesand Proposal Management teams in the preparation of complex andstructured proposals involving the supply of after sales servicesalong with the vehicles. - Evaluate the most cost-effectivesolution to offer, based on the requirements of each customer, inorder to guarantee price competitiveness and adequateprofitability. Knowledge and Abilities The ideal candidate shouldhave previous experience in the Sales and Integrated LogisticsSupport fields. An automotive engineering and technical backgroundis preferable, together with a background and practical knowledgeof Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Repairability andTestability disciplines. The capacity to report and preparedossiers for the top management, excellent organizational skills,as well as the capacity to work by objective, are necessary.Languages A solid professional knowledge of English (spoken andwritten) is required. A good knowledge of any of the followinglanguages is considered as a plus: French, Spanish, German, Arabic.Additional skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, inparticular Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Negotiation skills with thecapacity to work into a complex and multi-disciplinary environmentare fundamental. Passion to achieve results and a proactiveapproach are essential. Location: Bolzano, Italy. The candidateshould also be available to travel abroad on a frequent basis.
