Lets have a look at the role and requirements below!Responsibilities & ActivitiesEncourage and assist your teams to establish predictable and sustainable delivery of features and products.Establish clear communication channels between Stakeholders, the team, and the Product Manager.Work effectively with Product Managers to ensure the product backlog vision is clear and refined into concise stories and Product Backlog Items.Facilitate Scrum events, document key squad resolutions, and remove impediments.Promote self-organization, continuous learning, and improvement.Teach methods clearly and ensure understanding among team members.Transfer agile knowledge and experience to the team.Manage impediments, waste, team health, and foster a culture of self-organization.Resolve blocking issues, considering the teams self-organization capabilities.Be a change-agent, enabling a culture where Scrum Teams can flourish.RequirementsExperience as a Scrum Master.Experience working with product owners on backlogs and requests.Familiarity with software development.Knowledge of Scrum frameworks, techniques, and artifacts.Experience managing scope and timelines.Experience coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Knowledge of other Agile frameworks.Knowledge of tools like Gitlab or Jira.Fluency in English, written and spoken.Experience in international companies, with teams outside the EU.Scrum Master certification is a plus.Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar.The Person Were Looking ForExcellent communicator.Problem solver with organizational skills.Servant-leader, fostering team performance without command tactics.Advocate of Agile values and practices.Guardian of quality and performance.Partner to product managers.Collaborative and trustworthy teammate.Effective negotiator.Salary RangeDepending on skills and seniority, two levels:Scrum Master (1st level): EUR 40k to 45kScrum Master II (2nd level): EUR 46k to 52k+Additional BenefitsPerformance-based bonus after 12 months.Annual salary review.Flexible work hours and shifts.EUR 100/month meal vouchers; free coffee and water.Participation in conferences and training.Vibrant, open-minded workplace with a modern office.Work LocationModena + remote work-from-home policy (hybrid).Job TypesFull-time, PermanentCompensationEUR 40,000 - EUR 52,000 per year.
