What you will do in this role
As a Data Analyst on our team, you will:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze and review performance metrics, advising management on initiatives to meet business goals
- Design and implement BI dashboards and reports using tools like MS PowerBI/Fabric and Domo
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions
- Investigate data quality concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them
- Communicate BI insights and data governance updates to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Provide data-driven support to management and participate in business insight discussions
- Recommend and implement process improvements for internal and client-facing reporting
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish + English
- Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have experience with BI tools such as MS PowerBI/Fabric; familiarity with Domo is advantageous
- Can write complex formulas and basic SQL queries
- Have a great understanding of relational databases
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or relevant formal education
- Have experience in a contact center environment
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
