This role is responsible for nurturing a strongConsumer network, increasing awareness and developing an enviablecorporate image by developing effective communication and mediarelations programs. Responsibilities - Responsible for developingeffective Consumer communications & Media plans - Responsiblefor managing all public relations activities for the Consumer andTrade PR area - Responsible for coordinating media relationsstrategy seeking high-level placements - Work closely with theMarketing Team, defines and manages all global Consumer and TradeCommunications - Coordinate and leverages existing media agenciesand international branches/distributors relationships - Seek andevaluates opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships andadvertising on an on-going basis - Manage all Consumer Events instrict coordination with the Product placement department - Buildthe reach and impact of Consumer campaigns by measuring the successof public relations campaigns - Monitor content which can be usedfor various communication purposes (press releases, articles, whitepapers, blogs) - Implement PR stories and campaign calendarsdriving high impact among the right audience across channels -Oversee special projestc and events, from contract management toevent participation - Monitor media coverage and campaign results,preparing reporting and performance analysis - Manage thecommunications budget and related administrative flows via theTagetik platform Requirements - At least 5 years of experience insimilar roles within international contexts, preferably in FMCG,premium consumer goods or lifestyle sectors - Strong skills instrategic communication, media relations, and event management -Proven ability to work with press agencies, internal and externalstakeholders, and influencers - Excellent writing and synthesisskills, including in English - Ability to work cross-functionally,with a structured approach and results orientation - Comfortableworking in dynamic environments with global stakeholders and tightdeadlines illycaff as B-Corp is committed to a diverse andinclusive workplace generating positive effects for theenvironment, for the community and for people.
