I am working with a leading Strategy Operations consulting business, assisting them to build out their practice in the Netherlands. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking new team members at Manager or Senior Manager level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a young, entrepreneurial practice with ambitions to double in size in the next few years and unlimited opportunity to develop your career. With the support of colleagues across the Transactions Services teams, you will work with some of the coolest companies in The Netherlands, as well as large multinationals, assisting them to solve their most difficult problems and unlock their biggest opportunities. Specifically, your role will involve: Strategy development: business plan definition, transformation programmes, growth strategy, market entry, route to market strategy, and MA strategy; Commercial due diligence: provide buy-side or vendor commercial due diligence of companies and markets Operational Due Diligence (including Carve Out situations) Requirements: I am keen to hear from intermediate-level (and above) Dutch speakers with minimum 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, a proven track record in general strategy and/or commercial due diligence and fluent English.
