Mission Responsible for Methods & Maintenancefunction. Areas of expertise: Production System, process design,ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis,performance. Hierarchical responsibilities with associated peoplemanagement & budgetary accountability. Strongly contributing toleading continuous improvement actions for the site. What will youdo? - Exercise hierarchical responsibilities and / or functionalfor heterogeneous teams in terms of technology and / or business(employment type) within the professional field to guarantee theperformance of industrial processes (DT,IE, OEE, TTP ...) - Ensuremanagement of service methods / maintenance in a unit and / or aspecialized group (competencies pole in a specific technology) -Manage his team according to Production Efficiency System rules andcycle event of the plant - Be responsible for people managementincluding goal setting, performance management, competencydevelopment, recognition, engagement, well being. - Ensure themaintainability of the production tool by implementing the TPM andassociated skills - Manage continuous improvement concerning linearchitectures, capacities, capability, time referential - Identifythe full potentials for medium- and long-term improvements in allareas (lean Diagnosis approach) - Ensure the profitability ofinvestments adapted to the needs of optimization and developmentprocess - Define the organization to implement for new project (orincrease / decrease volume of production) to optimize costs - Guidethe choice of designers by providing industrial and logisticalrequirements - Guide the realization of new process with Suppliersas partner taking into account the specific offer requirements. -Describe the machines requirements to fit with internal requirementand MKTG / Technical specification. - Guide the Industrial ramp upand plant orchestration.
