Through our people, leadership development, services, technology, and scale, Wabtec delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.Our Brakes & Couplers Division is actively looking for a Bid Manager (m./f.) to join its sales team (20 people).This role involves managing the entire tender process, including bid preparation, team coordination, resource allocation, and deadline management.Location:France (Amiens, Lille, Paris, Tours), Germany (Dortmund), or Italy (Turin).Main responsibilities:Lead the tender process from the "Go/No Go" decision to the handover after winning or losing the bid.Coordinate the tender team (Tech sales and Sales) along with other departments (procurement, quality, engineering, supply chain).Ensure data quality in Salesforce CRM.Prepare profit margin and risk analysis based on pricing assumptions and costs.Monitor and report data completeness and reliability, providing regular updates to Sales, Division, and Corporate Management.Candidate profile:Minimum of 2 years of experience; experienced profiles are welcome.Experience in project management within engineering or sales.Hard skills: profit margin analysis, team coordination.Soft skills: teamwork, rigor, agility.Languages: good command of English.Legal authorization to work in the EU is required.#LI-DNIWabtec Corporation is committed to tackling the worlds toughest challenges.
