Responsibilities
- Exclusive Guest Service: You will be the key point of contact for our guests, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional and warm service from arrival to departure. Youll create unforgettable moments and make sure every need is met.
- Managing a Service Station: The responsibility for your own service station lies entirely with you. With your organizational talent and experience, you will ensure a seamless operation, creating the perfect foundation for excellent service.
- Flawless Preparation (Mise-en-place): You take pride in a meticulously prepared workstation. Everything is set up down to the last detail before the first guests arrive, ensuring a flawless service experience.
- Wine and Food Recommendations: Your extensive knowledge of menus and wines will impress our guests as you guide them through culinary delights. You expertly recommend the perfect wine for every dish, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Table-side Service: You are skilled in the art of tableside preparation whether carving a roast or flambing a dessert, you turn every meal into a performance, impressing guests with your precision and flair.
- Handling the POS System (TCPOS): Operating our modern POS system is second nature to you. You manage bookings with ease and handle daily reconciliations with precision and care.
- Coordination and Training: You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and harmonious service. Additionally, you will mentor new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with additional language skills considered a plus, showcasing your international flair.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: You have exceptional expertise in menu and wine pairings, with a deep understanding of cheese varieties, and love sharing your knowledge with guests.
- Experience in Table-side Service: You are proficient in carving, filleting, and flambing and know how to make tableside service a memorable experience.
- Professional Appearance: A well-groomed, professional appearance is essential, as you represent the face of our service team.
