The Fund Reporting Department prepares comprehensive financial reports for investment funds administered by Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and statutory reporting requirements in each relevant jurisdiction
In order to support our team, we are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst on a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements for investment funds in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Luxembourg GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS). Ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures and controls.
- Prepare and submit all statutory and regulatory reports required by relevant jurisdictions (Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Japan).
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to investors and regulatory bodies.
- Respond to investor and regulatory inquiries related to fund financial information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for reporting.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes.
- Participate in the development and improvement of reporting processes and systems.
- Assist with audits and examinations conducted by external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Job requirements:
- Studies in Accounting/Finance or a related field
- Strong experience in Accounting, Financial reporting or Audit
- Good knowledge of financial products, International accounting standards, and Investment funds industry
- Knowledge of GAAP (Lux, IFRS, US)
- Knowledge of Japanese GAAP is considered as an asset
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical and organisation skills with attention to details
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required
- Stress resilient
