We are seeking experienced Yacht Brokers to join our dynamic team, representing premium yacht brands and providing unparalleled expertise to our clients.
The Role
As a Yacht Broker with Ancasta in Mallorca, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.
- Market and sell new and pre-owned yachts, leveraging Ancastas extensive portfolio and global network.
- Represent prestigious yacht brands and attend key industry events, boat shows, and networking opportunities when required.
- Provide expert advice on yacht specifications, market trends, and financing options.
- Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What Were Looking For
- Proven Experience: A successful track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the yachting market, including new and brokerage sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: A driven, results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Local Expertise: Familiarity with Mallorcas yachting community and fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) are highly desirable.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across our four Mallorca offices, weekend working will be required on occasion and attendance at international events as needed.
