EFI Sales Development Manager - Inkjet Business Division, ItalyEFI is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This role focuses on managing EFI''s direct and indirect sales with customers and partners in the region.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.Maintain and grow EFIs leading position in the Inkjet market within the assigned region.Conduct prospecting activities including cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and customer needs assessments to build a robust sales pipeline.Prepare professional proposals tailored to customer requirements.Maximize leads and opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the sales cycle.Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners, aligning with EFI''s core values.Accurately forecast sales opportunities, including direct and channel opportunities.Develop and implement strategies for major accounts.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account management.Maintain up-to-date account and opportunity information in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).Support the communication and execution of inkjet sales and marketing campaigns.Job RequirementsProven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in high-value capital goods, services, or digital printing markets.Ability to leverage relationships and knowledge of customer accounts.Highly motivated, proactive, and autonomous professional with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop business relationships at all organizational levels.Understanding of market trends within the industry.Experience in the Graphic Arts or Printing industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
