We''re currently collaborating with a highly innovative biotech organisation that are searching for an experienced individual able to implement PBPK models alongside quantitative methodologies to enhance their ongoing innovative antibody programs.

The role:

• Prepare PBPK and/ PKPD M&S-based strategies to support nonclinical and clinical development programs
• Design, conduct, interpret and prepare appropriate study and regulatory summaries of PBPK and PKPD M&S activities
• Serve as scientific reviewer and staff mentor to colleagues
• Prepare and present scientific publications
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Pharmacometrics techniques and software

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent experience) with proven industry track record in drug development
• Excellent understanding of the integration of PBPK and PKPD M&S into nonclinical and clinical drug development
• Demonstrated expertise in hands-on pharmacometrics modeling and simulation software; R, MATLAB, Simcyp, Gastroplus etc
• Proven mentorship capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
