Being a Business Manager means that you will act as a trusted partner to help our business grow while developing your own team of consultants.
Key responsabilities:
- Business Development: Developing consulting activities and offerings around Avertims key service lines: increase performance, drive innovation and leverage compliance.
- Team Growth: Recruiting new consultants to expand and strengthen your team.
- Team Leadership: Building and developing your own team of high potential consultants (including career and personal development), in close cooperation with Avertim HR department.
Your Background:
- You hold a Masters Degree in either Business, Business Management or equivalent.
- You have a proven experience in Business Management.
- You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
- You have strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, perseverance, and ambition.
- You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile.
