We are seeking a client facing bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join a leading player in the smart technology space in Madrid.
If you''re fluent in both Chinese and Spanish, have a technical Support or testing skillset and are passionate about helping customers solve problems then this role is for you.
Experience from Communications or Network technology Industries with a background in Testing, Pre-sales or Product roles. Any experience with security technology (monitoring/CCTV, surveillance, Security camera), SMART technologies / IoT would be desirable.
