Our company committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our finance team and ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies for the company.
Key responsability:
- Oversee all aspects of the companys tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
- Assist with tax audits and ensure proper documentation and risk management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain tax reports and reconciliations.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a multinational environment or Big Four.
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, e.g., SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Italian(native Chinese speakers are preferred) ;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
