Your responsibilities As a Logistics Operator, youll play a key role in the flow of goods within the production site. You are responsible for: Receiving, checking, and dispatching cheese products and packaging materials Operating advanced systems such as automated warehouses, palletizers, and robots Performing quality checks and reporting deviations Ensuring accurate and timely registration of goods in the system Supporting the production department with the correct supplies Contributing to safety, efficiency, and continuous process improvements What we expect from you Affinity with logistics and technical operations Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (06:0014:00, 14:0022:00, 22:0006:00) Proactive and stress-resistant attitude Accuracy and a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety Able to prioritize and work both independently and in a team What we offer A gross monthly salary between 3,029 and 3,321 (including an average 20% shift allowance) Travel allowance of 0.23 per kilometre 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year Option to buy or sell additional leave days Strong secondary benefits, including a pension scheme and bicycle plan Opportunities for growth and personal development, including access to GoodHabitz online training A vibrant workplace with an active employee association About the company You will be working at a well-known production facility specialized in processing and packaging cheese for national and international markets.
