You will be the key expert guiding stakeholders towards optimal outcomes.Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with implanting centres and rehabilitation teams.Provide hands-on training to clinical personnel, including visual rehabilitation and low vision professionals.Support and oversee the complete patient journey, including selection, surgery follow-up, and long-term rehabilitation.Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to activate new treatment centres.Engage with patient groups, doctors, and referral networks to raise awareness and facilitate access to care.Coordinate communication between surgical and rehabilitation teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.Identify and organize patient testimonials for awareness campaigns.Serve as a primary contact for patient support challenges and incident reporting.Qualifications:Degree or qualification in Orthoptics, Optics, or a related low vision field.35 years experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably within ophthalmology.35 years experience in low vision rehabilitation.Desired Skills & Attributes:Passion for patient care and enhancing quality of life.Strong communication and presentation skills with a patient- and customer-centric approach.Effective project management skills across multidisciplinary teams.Adaptability, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English.Proficiency with MS Office; a tech-savvy mindset is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
