The Marketing Department in Sappi Europe is responsible for all customer-facing comms in Europe, and runs multiple campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation at any given time. The team works closely with product, sales, market intelligence and other departments in a B2B context.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role you will report to the Marketing Project Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- All digital channels for Sappi Europe, including website content, social media (mainly LinkedIn), email, SEM, and marketing automation.
- Managing campaign setup, tracking, and reporting in our Marketing Automation Tool (Salesforce Account Engagement) using UTM tags, QR codes, and email components for lead scoring and performance analysis.
- Developing and optimizing campaigns, lead funnels, landing pages, and CTAs to drive MQLs and conversions.
- Planning and execution email marketing, including audience segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing.
- Overseeing website and landing page performance in coordination with the web team, focusing on SEO, CRO, UX, and automation.
- Supporting campaign strategy with recommendations on digital media mix, targeting, and content, while staying current on digital trends and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in digital marketingfocused on marketing automation, social media, email marketing, and content managementwith a strong track record of using digital. marketing expertise to shape Marketing strategy and deliver measurable outcomes for teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- You have experience in leveraging AI technology to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders (including external Marketing Agencies) and deadlines effectively.
Traveling:
There is no mandatory travel expected, there may be some opportunity for travel within Europe.
