The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultants to join our newly launched CoE. This is a pivotal role in delivering high-impact, end-to-end SAP EWM solutions for our global clients. You''ll collaborate with a world-class team and help shape the next generation of supply chain excellence from the heart of Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions across varied project lifecycles (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, upgrades)
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain experts
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and training activities
- Lead or contribute to workshops and blueprinting sessions with global stakeholders
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with SAP roadmap and product innovations to drive value for clients
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes and integration with SAP MM/SD/PP
- Experience in decentralised EWM deployment and embedded S/4HANA EWM scenarios
- Knowledge of RF framework, warehouse structure, and resource management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Belgium
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP EWM certification
- Experience with international or multi-site project delivery
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with automation integration (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS, pick-by-light systems)
