The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection,one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you!Responsibilities The Front Desk Agent will be tasked with thefollowing duties, responsibilities, and assignments: - Efficientlymanage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth andwelcoming experience for all guests. - Provide outstanding customerservice by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, andoffering assistance when needed. Maintain a warm and friendlydemeanor at all times. - Assist guests with reservations,modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accurateinformation is inputted into the hotels reservation system. -Provide guests with information about the hotels services,amenities, local attractions, and dining options, ensuring theyhave all the information they need for a pleasant stay. - Maintaineffective communication with other departments, includinghousekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure guest requestsare met promptly. - Process guest payments, handle cash and credittransactions, and ensure accurate billing procedures are followed.- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in aprofessional and efficient manner, escalating issues to managementas necessary. - Monitor the front desk area for security and safetyconcerns and follow hotel procedures for emergencies. - Performvarious administrative duties, including maintaining records,filing, and managing correspondence. Skills To successfully fillthis role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, andvalues that follow: - Front Desk experience in Hotel of samecategory, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties. - Excellentcommand of Italian and English. Additional languages will beappreciated. - High school diploma or GED; experience in the guestservices, front desk, or related professional area. - Calm,organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred. - Proficiencyin Opera PMS, MGS, MARSHA Operational Systems required.
