Job Opening: Accounting ManagerOur client, a company operating internationally in the retail sector, is seeking an Accounting Manager.The selected candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and coordinating the administrative and accounting functions.Main Responsibilities:Manage and supervise general accounting, coordinating accounting and administrative compliance activities;Ensure activities related to corporate taxation and periodic compliance, ensuring adherence to current tax regulations, and support in preparing and submitting tax declarations;Guarantee compliance of processes, procedures, and activities in administrative and fiscal areas;Manage the consolidated reporting closing process for top management;Draft the financial statements in collaboration with external consultants;Structure and improve administrative processes;Manage communications with the Bank of Italy.Requirements:Degree in Economics;At least 8 years of experience in a similar role;Knowledge of Italian and IFRS accounting principles;Experience with consolidated financial statements and autonomous closing procedures;Excellent command of the English language;Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and Team System;Flexibility, planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving attitude.Location: Province of Lecco.Intermedia Selection, a leader in Italy for professional and middle management recruitment, operates with over 35 consultants across Milan and Rome offices.Authorization by the Ministry of Labour No. 20323 / RS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
