Responisibilities:
Holistic evaluation and continuous enhancement of all quality management aspects,with a particular focus on agentic AI systems.
Develop clear and actionable acceptance criteria in close collaboration with ProductManagement, cross-functional departments, and software developers.
Design, build, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including functional,integration, and specifically agentic AI-driven behavior tests.
Investigate, reproduce, document, and communicate detailed reports on softwaredefects and anomalous AI behaviors.
Expand and refine test automation frameworks within a CI/CD pipeline, with specialattention to scenarios involving autonomous decision-making AI.
Provide active support during customer acceptance tests, performing both automatedand manual test procedures.
Continuously ensure and enhance user experience, system security, reliability, andperformance, particularly considering unique challenges posed by AI-drivenapplications.
Collaborate closely within the dedicated testing team to share knowledge, improvetesting strategies, and implement innovative approaches to agentic AI testing.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Completed IT-related vocational training, preferably complemented by adegree in computer science or related fields, plus at least three years of professionalexperience in test automation and quality assurance.
Experience & Skills: Solid programming experience, specifically in C# and familiaritywith testing and debugging agentic or autonomous AI systems is highly valued.
Personality & Working Style: An agile mindset, proactive attitude, and strongmethodological expertise in test case design, especially tailored to complex AI-drivenscenarios.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in testing tools and frameworks such as SpecFlow, XRay,Selenium, and JMeter, including their application to AI-specific testing challenges.
Languages: Excellent communication skills inEnglish, verbal and written. German language speaking and verbal skills are also a nice to have.
Nice-to-Have: Certification according to ISTQB or CAT, demonstrating structured
knowledge in software testing, with experience in agentic AI testing considered a strong
advantage.
