About The Role
Were searching for an experienced marketing specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate has an ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development. The specialist should be adept at working independently on heavy research, then consulting with consumers and collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure that powerfully informative insights are gathered.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The role of GTM is to contribute to the development of the 2-3 years Innovation strategy, creating and delivering innovation ideas and concepts in line with the 5 years strategy and developing the Value proposition of them.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Contribute to definition of the annual marketing/communication plan for ELBA and DE LONGHI brands.
Operational Responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of the marketing/communication plan established at the beginning of the year and all the other day to day Go to market activities
ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Define the brand Elba positioning, personas, story telling, image, guidelines
Work with the Product Team to deliver strong selling stories that persuade markets/partners to list and support the key launches, prepares the marketing book and training book working with PMs
Agree with Sales team and Trade Marketing Mgr the required go to market package to be budgeted and the delivery timing of it, responsible of the on time/at quality delivery of the package
Create all communication product materials realization (catalogue, brochure, stickers, display, shop-in-shop) and brand/company presentations
JOB DESCRIPTION
Define the product shooting plan (working with internal photograph) and ambient shooting (with external agencies)
Create digital content for the online campaign and story telling plan
Coordinate the agencies and Labs to deliver product tests and the reporting materials to support NPI
Analyze competitors to ensure that the go to market pack is aligned with market standards
Define all the websites style, content, and keep them updated with marketing content and range novelties (company official websites and customers one)
Work with IT department to develop the most effective digital asset management system
Organize corporate events and fairs (local and internationals), customers events
Develop a PR strategy for the company and execute it with an external agency
Keep updated and in perfect conditions the showroom in the headquarter
Manage the contents needed for the branded APP with relevant partners
Direct link between IOT department, product managers and R&D to help APP development
