About the role:
- Serve as the regional lead for all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety and Sustainability.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on QEHS topics.
- Lead and champion the EHS culture within the region.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, standards, and requirements in the area of Quality and Hygiene.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Operational Quality management and EHS.
- Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- We are looking for a regional leader, so someone with multi site or multi country responsibility is required.
- Site based Quality or EHS experience- ideally from food and beverage, FMCG or chemicals sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English, a second EU language would be helpful
- Able to travel frequently within the EU- 40% required.
