As the Digital & CRM Manager, you will play apivotal role in shaping our digital presence, enhancing customerengagement, and driving measurable success through strategicinitiatives. You will be responsible for developing, executing, andmanaging comprehensive digital marketing strategies whileoverseeing our CRM initiatives to build meaningful and lastingrelationships with our customers. Our client is a well-known frenchcompany active in the Dermato Cosmetic industry - With a strongpresence in Belgium and in order to sustain their growth, they areactively looking for their new Digital Marketing & CRM Manager.As the successful Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you willhave the following responsibilities: Earned Media: Develop andexecute strategies to grow organic visibility and engagementthrough SEO, social media, and digital PR initiatives. Fosterrelationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand reachand credibility, assisting the marketing team in influencerselection by analyzing audience overlap and engagement. Monitor andanalyze earned media performance to identify opportunities andoptimize impact. Track and improve the share of voice (SOV) bybenchmarking against competitors and identifying gaps to increasebrand prominence. Owned Media: Manage and optimize content forowned channels, including the website, email campaigns, and socialmedia platforms. Oversee the CRM database, powered by MicrosoftDynamics, ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights forpersonalized and effective customer communication. Create andmaintain content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment withbusiness goals. Implement and manage always-on content strategiesto maintain continuous engagement and relevance across channels.CRM Initiatives: Lead both B2B and B2C communication strategies toenhance customer retention and loyalty. Oversee the launch andmanagement of the loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with overallCRM goals. Manage and troubleshoot the sales tool used by medicaland sales representatives to take orders, coordinating updates andenhancements with the CRM solution agency. Serve as the primaryproblem-solver for any issues related to the sales tool, ensuringminimal disruptions for field teams. E-commerce: Partner with theKey Account Manager (KAM) to support e-retailer accounts byproviding guidance on optimizing digital sales strategies. Assistthe KAM by analyzing performance data, identifying areas forimprovement, and offering recommendations for enhancing e-commerceoperations. Participate in business reviews with e-retailer clientsalongside the KAM to provide digital expertise and strategic input.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensurealignment of e-commerce activities with broader digital marketingstrategies, improving product visibility and customer engagement.Paid Media: Plan and execute paid campaigns across digital channelsto drive traffic, conversion, and awareness. Monitor paid mediaperformance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Conduct regularbusiness reviews with the media agency to evaluate performance andrefine strategies. Collaborate with external agencies whennecessary to ensure high-quality execution. Team Leadership: Manageand mentor the Digital Project Manager and the intern, ensuringthey are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in theirroles. Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to the teamwhile fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.Embody a human-centric approach, fostering trust, transparency, andmaturity to lead the team effectively and ensure opencommunication. KPI Development and Tracking: Define key performanceindicators (KPIs) for all digital, CRM, and e-commerce initiatives.Regularly track and report on KPI progress, providing actionableinsights to optimize strategies. Use data-driven decision-making tocontinuously improve campaign effectiveness and customerexperience. Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a central pointof contact for all things digital, CRM, and e-commerce, ensuringseamless communication and collaboration across departments.Collaborate closely with the marketing department for traditionalPR efforts while taking full ownership of digital PR and influenceractivities. Partner with the sales department as the primarycontact for the sales app, ensuring alignment between sales toolsand digital strategies. Work with the product and customer serviceteams to align strategies and enhance overall customersatisfaction. As the successful Digital Marketing & CRMManager, you will have the following requirements: At least aBachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent by experiences Astrategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM,and e-commerce, who understands how to leverage earned, owned, andpaid media. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and experiencemanaging CRM databases and solutions is a plus. Strongproblem-
