This dual-role position requires a professional who can drive production efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the production process to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory levels.Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials.Use ERP/MRP systems to streamline scheduling, track progress, and generate reports.Monitor and analyze KPIs such as production efficiency, yield, downtime, and defect rates.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain consistent operations.Quality Assurance & Control:Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Oversee product and process inspections, audits, and testing to maintain high-quality output.Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and promote a safety-first culture.Develop safety policies and training programs; conduct risk assessments and preventive measures.Quality Management System (QMS):Establish and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead internal/external audits.Leadership & Collaboration:Lead, train, and mentor production and quality teams toward aligned operational goals.Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and R&D teams.Communicate performance updates and improvement plans to senior management.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing and/or quality management, preferably in Oil & Gas or Chemical sectors.Strong expertise in production planning, QA/QC methodologies, and HSE standards.Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.Why Join ED Solving?Opportunity to lead and shape the quality strategy of a growing company.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesOil and GasReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ED SOLVING Process Packages- Lube Oil Systems- API plan by 2xSign in to set job alerts for Quality Supervisor roles.Casalpusterlengo, Lombardy, Italy 1 week ago#J-18808-Ljbffr
