Sales Strategy & Performance
- Define and execute commercial plans to grow revenue and margin.
- Improve pricing structure, contract management, and multi-product sales.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical teams.
- Recruit key roles, including Sales Manager, and ensure succession planning.
Business Development
- Tap into a market with high growth potential
- Rebuild customer trust and improve brand perception in the Nordics.
Change & Transformation
- Align commercial operations with transformation initiatives.
- Motivate under-performing teams and drive a performance culture.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and HQ teams.
- 10-15+ years of senior commercial experience in international B2B settings.
- Must have background in building materials or construction sectors .
- Master''s degree preferred; strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Languages: Danish (preferred) , Dutch and French (professional), English (working language).
- Based in Denmark with the ability to travel within the Nordics and to Belgium.
