About Our Client Our Client is an international company producing medical and pharmaceutical products (contract manufacturing). The company employs several hundred people in the Polish headquarters located near Wroclaw and is constantly expanding its space and teams. Job Description Review incoming bid invitations and RFQs to understand client requirements and specifications. Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, quality assurance and other internal teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive bid responses. Conduct thorough analysis of bid documents, including terms and conditions, technical requirements, and commercial considerations. Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing models, and proposals aligned with client expectations and company objectives. Communicate with procurement team and subcontractors to obtain quotes for components and services. Manage multiple bids and RFQs simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely submission. Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Maintain a centralised database of bid-related documents, pricing information, and historical data for reference and analysis. Participate in post-bid debriefings and analysis to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and strategies for enhancing future bids. Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning strategies, presentations, and value propositions for key opportunities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor''s degree in economic, engineering, or supply chain field. At least 3 years of experience in bid management, RFQ coordination, or related roles in a manufacturing work environment. Advanced English in speaking and writing. Strong understanding of contract manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements within the orthopaedic, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid documents, perform cost analysis, and develop competitive pricing strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software, and bid management tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD) is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
