We are committed to helping our people accelerate their careers as we help our customers grow.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer of Worldline Merchant Services Italia, you will supervise the company''s business practices to ensure regulatory compliance, resolve compliance issues, and stay updated with regulatory changes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and monitor applicable national and international regulations to ensure compliance.Assist and advise relevant departments on implementing applicable regulations.Maintain knowledge of regulations related to banking transparency, consumer code, PSD2, etc.Create and implement organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.Prepare periodic reports for Supervisory Authorities, Management, and Group Committees.Investigate, document, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance concerns.Research and make management-level recommendations based on findings.Provide or facilitate training to promote compliance among employees.Participate in regulatory compliance projects.Who Are We Looking ForWe seek visionary individuals who can drive positive change, demonstrate passion, and have a growth mindset.
