About the Role:

We are recruiting for a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving outcomes in diagnostic and therapeutic care. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Specialist to support healthcare providers and internal teams in delivering timely and accurate service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and radiopharmacies
• Manage incoming orders, schedule deliveries, and monitor logistics of time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical products
• Handle customer inquiries related to availability, delivery times, documentation, and technical support
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (ERP/CRM) and ensure compliance with all regulatory procedures
• Escalate urgent issues or supply interruptions appropriately and follow up to resolution
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or process gaps

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under time constraints
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a regulated environment
• Comfortable using CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch
