And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSION* Understand business needs and create insightful analysis to help your team make informed decisions to boost Glovo''s presence and orders.* Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, focusing on traffic, conversion, and retention rates, leveraging levers such as pricing, promotions, events, CRM, and other marketing strategies.* Drive projects end-to-end, translating business challenges into insights and actions.* Identify opportunities to increase our user base, improve retention rates, and maximize profitability.* Take ownership of KPI reporting by creating customized tools and utilizing existing ones.* Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.* Assist colleagues in accessing the right data and communicate insights effectively.* Use data-driven approaches to clarify and resolve ambiguities.* Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interactions with our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute growth-driving projects.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE* 1-3 years of experience in analytical roles, leading analysis and translating insights into actions.* Bachelor''s degree in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats, or a related quantitative field.* Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; Python is a plus.* Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets is essential.* Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.* Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.* Hands-on attitude; willingness to roll up your sleeves.* Proficiency in English.* Strong understanding of consumer behavior.We encourage diverse profiles and abilities.
