The role sits in a dedicated, multi-national team of 6 engineers. Key Responsibilities as Infrastructure / Kubernetes Engineer: Optimize customer environments in Kubernetes, ensuring they run smoothly and securely Assist in onboarding customers by advising on optimal setups and implementing deployment pipelines, network policies, and backups Provide ongoing support, conduct quarterly maintenance, and implement security upgrades Work Environment: Flexible working hours with the option to work both from home and at the office. Expected to be present at the office at least three days a week to foster team collaboration. Effective communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-experts and understanding colleagues'' and customers'' needs Required Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of work experience within an Infrastructure / SRE / Operations environment, of which at least 2 years exposure to Kubernetes environment Proficiency with Helm, Flux, or Nginx Scripting with e.g. Bash, Shell, Terraform Strong knowledge of Linux and infrastructure operations.
