Based in Italy, andtruthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combiningtrustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your roleat KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Retail Accounting JuniorSpecialist to join KIKO MILANOs Finance and Administration Teamreporting to the Retail Accounting Manager. Such talent willsupport the Retail department in the management of all storeaccounting issues for the perimeter Italy, core Europe and USA. Inparticular, you will: - Ensure accuracy and compliance withdeadlines in the execution of daily activities; - Check and verifythe accuracy of daily cash accounting; - Oversee activities relatedto the accounting of fees and reconciliation of store receipts; -Manage the activities related to the verification andreconciliation of receipts and reimbursements for the E-commercechannel; - Produce reporting for E-Commerce, Media, CRM &Social and Internal Auditing functions mainly related to theE-Commerce channel; - Produce reporting for Retail and InternalAuditing departments related to cash differences, voided receiptsand missed closings; - Forward turnover to landlords for percentagecalculation of variable on rents; - Oversee closing activities fortransient accounts. What you will need to succeed - EconomicsDiploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent studies; - Good knowledge ofMS Office; - Good knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP is a plus); - Goodknowledge of accounting principles; - Knowledge of businessmanagement software (EVA is a plus); - Knowledge of cash managementsoftware (Piteco is a plus); - Fluent in English.
