At Krones, we are working on a better tomorrow and helping to save our planet for future generations.Your tasksResponsible for all Sales activities within Krones ItalyGenerating and expediting all new sales leads, opportunities and enquiriesResponsible both technically and commercially for all new machinery, enquiries and ordersBuilding strong business relationships with both new and existing customersBeing an inspiring leader to the local sales team; fostering the development of the local sales organizationIdentifying opportunities, understanding customer needs and highlighting Krones USP''sDriving regular business review meetings both internally and externallyRecording new opportunities in the CRM system and ensuring all live enquiries are updatedAttending customer visits to Krones Group factories for pre and post sales requirementsAnd all other tasks needed to successfully lead the Sales function in Krones ItalyYour profileYou are passionate about Krones technology and SalesYou have a solid technical background, commercial awareness and great communication skillsYou are customer-oriented, with proven experience in sales-oriented functions and very good negotiation skillsYou have great people management skills and enjoy social interactionYou are a self-starter, assertive, creative and embracing change, and want to make a difference every dayYou have strong analytical and strategical skills, but you are also solution-oriented and ready to act with a pragmatic "can-do" attitude if and when neededYou are fluent in Italian and EnglishYour profile demonstrates intercultural openness and a self-reflective attitudeYour ambition to excel in this role and your readiness to travel across Italy (and to other European countries, if needed) would make you a perfect match for this roleYour applicationWhat Krones is offering you:14 Months, Welfare TBA and carWe look forward to welcoming you in a dynamic open-minded company with a strong market position and lots of international ties.
