Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Reporting for Manufacturing Plant over 600 Employees Plant budget preparation, actual vs. budget variance analysis Providing support & direction to Plant Management to drive efficiency across the department Monitor all Legal Reporting incl. VAT Return, CIT, Intrastat, Non-Income Tax Reporting, Deferred Tax Calculation, Transfer Pricing Files Preparation, local tax files and other tax related matters, keep updated on changing tax & legislative requirements Prepare Annual Reports & Financial Statements Monthly Closing US GAAP Closing Coordination (Fixed Assets, GL, Salaries, Inventories, Leasing etc.), Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Quarterly Variance analysis Take care of SOX Compliance & Controls Audits: establish good relationships with internal and external auditors; preparation and handling of these audits Ensure compliance with Donaldson procedures and practices Leading the Team of 3 Accountant Specialists Qualifications: University degree and min. 5 years of experience in Finance Management Good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax laws, US GAAP an advantage Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel advanced level), ERP system (Oracle an advantage) Advanced level of English Leadership & communication skills, people orientation Analytical & endurance for problem solving Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
