Job Description The Head of Sales Italy will lead Dailymotion's expansion in the Italian market. Reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales, you will identify strategic opportunities to grow Dailymotion's presence, establish relationships at all levels of seniority, and develop strong ties with agencies. Your role involves understanding Dailymotion's offerings across the market and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify new revenue opportunities and define sales strategies for agencies and advertisers in Italy. Manage and evaluate existing partnerships for efficiency and ROI. Prospect, negotiate, and establish new partnerships with Trading Desks, Media Agencies, Advertisers, and other demand sources. Manage sales activities within your portfolio. Provide market analysis and identify key players in video advertising. Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships, including ad operations, content, and programmatic collaborations. Report and forecast monthly results. Hire and build a strong sales team to meet increasing demand. Represent the Dailymotion brand at local and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor's or masters degree. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on video and content preferred. Strong understanding of digital advertising and the programmatic ecosystem. Ability to develop lasting relationships with agencies and clients. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Fluent in Italian and English. Willingness to travel. Existing network within Italian agencies and advertisers. Excellent communication skills. Experience in digital advertising companies is a plus. Tenacious, passionate, and resourceful. Creative problem-solving skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and industry measurement tools such as Nielsen and Moat. Experience with KPI analysis. Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
